Offered here is a Cubist Black and Metallic Resin Chess Set. This abstract chess set design, with clean lines, is typical of the 1960s Minimalist movement which permeated design and architecture in the 1960s. The King of this set stands approximately 2-1/2 inches tall with a 1/2″ square basesl. The black and metallic resin chess pieces are housed in a suitable replacement box. These Minimalist chess pieces were produced in the early 1980s. This modernistic chess set is in as new condition. The black etched glass chessboard shown is not included in this offering.
