Gothic Medieval Pearlescent Porcelain Chess Set
Offered here is a very attractive Gothic Medieval Porcelain Chess Set, Pearlescent White, Blue and Gray Porcelain, trimmed in 24K gold gilt. The King stands 4-1/2″ tall with a 1-5/8″ base diameter. Ther origin of the chessmen and the age is unknown. These polychrome chess pieces are in excellent condition. The chessboard shown is not included, but a suitable chessboard can be found here. Theis set of chessmen dates to around 1960 to 1970.
