Wildlife Chess Set.
Offered here is a Wildlife Chess Set hand-carved from natural and green soapstone. The chessmen are housed in a two-piece box measuring 8-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ which opens to display a removable two-piece metal chessboard and the green and white Wildlife chess pieces. The chess pieces are in excellent condition, the box shown wear consistent with use. The storage box is held closed by magnets in the four corners of the storage box. The set was sold through Trophy Games in Anchorage Alaska.
